Wrinkles, foremost of all aesthetic concerns, are one of the earliest signs of aging. Today there are excellent treatments available.

FINER TO MEDIUM DEPTH LINES AND WRINKLES respond beautifully to Fraxel^® Restore laser treatments, Botox Cosmetic, Dysport, and chemical peels.

MEDIUM TO DEEPER WRINKLES do better with Portrait Plasma Skin Resurfacing and Active FX™ fractional CO2 laser resurfacing, augmented by Botox Cosmetic, Dysport, and dermal fillers.

WRINKLES AND FOLDS are usually associated with underlying volume loss secondary  to the resorption of fat and bone structure that comes with age. Often, the best course of action is to combine resurfacing with volume restoration, via a biostimulatory fillers such as Sculptra^® Aesthetic, or via a fat transfer. Intense Pulsed Light is a global treatment where the entire face or hand is treated in a series of three to five sessions. IPL also will remove broken blood vessels and  redness. Muscle relaxers are of use in fine-tuning the benefits.
